It’s official, everyone. We are debt-free as of September 1st!! If you are new to the blog, let me catch you up. Our only debt when we started travelling full-time in 2016 was student loan debt, which amounted to nearly $28,000. The minimum payments were over $400 per month. I paid extra here and there, but it just wasn’t going away fast enough. So in January 2017, I made a commitment and announced my plan and goal to pay off all my student loan debt by the end of the year. Here’s how I did it.
